Aikido is a defensive martial art and spiritual discipline where control is achieved through blending with, rather than confronting the energy of an attack.

This course provides an effective and gradual introduction for beginners to explore the four basic principles of Aikido and how to apply them through select techniques. *No prior experience in Aikido or Martial Arts needed.* The intro course curriculum includes practicing safe falling techniqes, basic body movement, relaxation, and application of defensive techniques. These are foundation elements of Aikido practice.
